Whistleblowing Policy

UIB REIT Management Pte. Ltd. (the “REIT Manager”) is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity, ethical conduct, transparency and corporate governance in the management of UI Boustead REIT. The REIT Manager has a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, corruption or unlawful behaviour.

A whistleblowing policy and related procedures have been established to support the early detection of misconduct. The policy sets out the available channels for whistleblowing, the procedures for investigating whistleblowing complaints, and the protection afforded to whistleblowers against reprisal.

The purpose of the policy is to encourage employees and external stakeholders to report actual or suspected misconduct in good faith, through a safe, confidential and independent channel. Reports will be investigated fairly, objectively and promptly, and whistleblowers will be protected against retaliation or victimisation.
