Management Team

Ms Tan has almost 25 years of real estate investments and fund management experience, with expertise in financial management, investor relations, corporate finance, investment and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the REIT Manager, Ms Tan was Executive Director, Capital Markets of Universal Storage Management, the holding company of Extra Space Asia, one of the region’s largest self-storage operators. She was also the CEO of GLP REIT Management where she was responsible for various fund raising initiatives.

She was also previously the CEO of OUE Commercial REIT Management, the manager of OUE Commercial REIT, where she was responsible for the listing and subsequent growth of OUE Commercial REIT from S$1.6 billion of assets under management at listing to almost S$6 billion. She also held leadership roles at Ascendas REIT, UBS AG and Ascendas Pte Ltd, in addition to earlier roles at PrimePartners Asset Management and various banks, advising on capital market transactions and initial public offerings.

Ms Tan holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr Lee has over 30 years of accounting and finance experience.

Prior to joining the REIT Manager, he had been with the Boustead Group since 2009, serving as Chief Financial Officer of Boustead Projects Limited from 2015 to 2025. He oversaw finance teams, reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the Boustead Group, Mr Lee held senior roles at Honeywell, Sembcorp Engineers & Constructors and PSA Corporation, where he regional finance, accounting and controls across multiple geographies.

Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law & Practice from the Australian National University. He is also a Chartered Accountant under the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant and a Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia.

Mr Ho has over 15 years of real estate experience in Singapore and the Asia Pacific, spanning business development, investment management and fund management.

Prior to joining the REIT Manager, he had been with the Boustead Group since 2018, serving as Deputy Director of Boustead Funds Management and later as Director of the Boustead Industrial Fund Manager from 2021 until 2025. His responsibilities included overseeing real estate transactions in Singapore and fund performance for the unitholders of Boustead Industrial Fund.

Prior to joining the Boustead Group, Mr Ho held investment and portfolio management positions at Phillip Japan Fund Management, Mapletree Investments and Savills Investment Management (formerly SEB Investment Management).

Mr Ho graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Real Estate. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst under the CFA Institute.
