Mr Chong Lit Cheong is Chairman, and the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board.

He brings over 35 years of senior management experience, having previously served as Group COO of Surbana Jurong, CEO of CapitaLand Commercial and Regional Investments, and CEO of JTC Corporation.

Mr Chong is a Mombusho (Colombo Plan) Scholar and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Tokyo. He also completed the Tsinghua Executive Program in Shanghai, China, in 2004 and an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in France in 1994.

Mr Tee Fong Seng is the Lead Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board. He also serves on both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee of the Board.

With over four decades of experience across corporate banking, investment banking, treasury and private banking, Mr Tee Fong Seng has held senior leadership roles including CEO of Bank Pictet & CIE SA and Chairman of EFG Asia Advisory Board.

He is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, London) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Yong Kok Hoon is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board. He also serves as Chairman of both the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee of the Board.

With over 45 years of experience in auditing, management, operations and directorships in international audit firms, as well as private and public-listed entities, Mr Yong Kok Hoon also currently serves as a consultant to the controlling shareholders of InnoTek Limited and was formerly an Executive Director at China Jishan Holdings.

Mr Yong is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the International Management Centre, Europe. He completed the CEO programme at Tsinghua University (Beijing), as well as the CEO programme at the Singapore Institute of Management.

Mr Wong Kok Hoi is the Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board. He also serves on the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board.

Mr Wong Kok Hoi has 44 years of investing experience in Asia Pacific equities. He is the Executive Chairman of APS Asset Management and was formerly President of PQX Management. His earlier career included roles at GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation), Cititrust & Banking Corporation and serving as a consultant to the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Mr Wong is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Hitotsubashi University. He also completed the Investment Appraisal and Management Program at Harvard (USA).

Mr James Kemp is the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board. He also serves on the Nominating and Remuneration Committee of the Board.

Mr James Kemp brings over 19 years of experience in the real estate private equity space and investment banking and is currently Head of Real Estate, APAC at Macquarie Asset Management.

Mr Kemp holds a Master of Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours, University Medal) from the University of Newcastle.

Mr Wong Yu Wei is the Alternate Director to Mr Chong Lit Cheong.

Mr Wong Yu Wei has over 15 years of real estate development experience and is the Executive Director and Group COO of Boustead Group.

Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of New South Wales.
