UI Boustead REIT is a logistics, industrial and business space REIT with a high-quality portfolio located in Singapore and Japan.
Listed on the SGX Mainboard on 12 March 2026, UI Boustead REIT is a real estate investment trust (REIT) established with the principal investment strategy of investing, directly or indirectly, in logistics, industrial, high-specifications (Hi-Specs) industrial and business space1 assets in the Asia Pacific and real estate-related assets.
The REIT is managed by UIB REIT Management Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sponsor, UIB Holdings Limited.
The REIT’s portfolio comprises 23 properties – with 21 properties located in Singapore and two properties located in Japan – valued at S$1,904 million as at 31 December 2025 and with total net lettable area of 5.3 million sq ft. The portfolio is diversified across strategic locations, reputable tenants and property types (Logistics, Business Space, Hi-Specs Industrial and General Industrial). The properties are strategically located within established industrial clusters or near key transportation infrastructure and are leased to tenants in high-technology (Hi-Tech)/value-add and innovative sectors.
